Why are our pasties just so good:
All of our Phat Pasties are made in Cornwall and hand-crimped.
We use the finest ingredients and where possible source locally and feature British Farm Assured meats.
As members of the Soil Association we also ensure we use natural ingredients, responsibly sourced and sustainable palm oils. The Traditional Cornish Pasty won the World Pasty Championships, Champion Cornish pasty in 2020, held at the Eden Project. Our plant-based vegan pasty is also a multi-award winner and featured in many vegan publications – loved by both vegan and non vegan customers.
Included in the variety pack are 2 of each from of range including our World Champion Traditional Cornish pasties, Spicy Chicken & Chorizo pasties, Seriously Cheesy pasties (v), Lamb & Mint pasties and Gold Award, Keralan Cauliflower, Chickpea & Onion Bhaji pasties (vegan).

Your Phat Pasties, Pies and Sausage Rolls are designed to best be enjoyed hot!
For best results, reheat from frozen in an oven.
Pre-heat your oven to 180C / Fan 160C / Gas Mark 6
Pasties & Sausage Rolls:
Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment Place in centre of oven and cook Pasties for approx. 45 -50 mins and Sausage Rolls for 35 - 40 minsPies:
Keep in the foil tray. Place on a baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for approx. 45 - 50 mins Take care when removing from foil. Our tip is to snip the edge of the foil with a pair of scissors and tear off, but take care as the foil will be sharp.Extra Info:
Products will be hot, so please take care when removing from oven We’ve tested these timings with our own ovens, so yours may vary. Ensure product is piping hot. Do not reheat more than once.Storage Instructions
Your Phat Pasties, Sausage Rolls and Pies are sent to you as frozen items via couriers.
We send to you in an specially insulated box with ice packs.
Immediately upon arrival items should be placed in your freezer.
Items placed in a freezer at a temperature of -18C degrees have a maximum 6 month shelf life.
Items should not be defrosted and re-frozen.
