This hand-crimped pasty is our take on a sumptuous Cheese & Onion Pasty.
We believe a cheesy pasty should be ‘Seriously Cheesy’ and we combine Cornish Cheddar cheese and Red Leicester cheeses together in a creamy bechemel sauce to give you the ultimate vegetarian pasty with potato and onions mixed in a creamy mustard and plum sauce.
We hand-crimp the pasty in a shortcrust pasty and top with an ‘Italian style’ vegetarian cheese. Made in Cornwall and suitable for vegetarian diets.

Cooking / Reheating Information
Your Phat Pasties, Pies and Sausage Rolls are designed to best be enjoyed hot!
For best results, reheat from frozen in an oven.
Pre-heat your oven to 180C / Fan 160C / Gas Mark 6
Pasties & Sausage Rolls:Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment Place in centre of oven and cook Pasties for approx. 45 -50 mins and Sausage Rolls for 35 - 40 mins
Pies:Keep in the foil tray. Place on a baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for approx. 45 - 50 mins Take care when removing from foil. Our tip is to snip the edge of the foil with a pair of scissors and tear off, but take care as the foil will be sharp.
Extra Info:Products will be hot, so please take care when removing from oven We’ve tested these timings with our own ovens, so yours may vary. Ensure product is piping hot. Do not reheat more than once.

Immediately upon arrival items should be placed in your freezer.
