A ‘steak free’ pasty with all the flavour of steak, but without the Bull!
A premium vegan steak-less pasty. Made with pieces of pea protein, onions and potatoes in a peppery ‘gravy’. This is a hand-crimped pasty. made in Cornwall. Meets Food For Life standards.
We created this meat-free pasty using pea protein as the base. With a ‘creamy’ peppercorn sauce, potato and onions, this is a fantastic alternative. All Plant-based and vegan friendly.

Many meat-free alternatives use Soya as the basis of the fillings, so we have taken one step further in this truly plant based alternative.

Cooking / Reheating Information
Your Phat Pasties, Pies and Sausage Rolls are designed to best be enjoyed hot!
For best results, reheat from frozen in an oven.
Pre-heat your oven to 180C / Fan 160C / Gas Mark 6
Pasties & Sausage Rolls:Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment Place in centre of oven and cook Pasties for approx. 45 -50 mins and Sausage Rolls for 35 - 40 mins
Pies:Keep in the foil tray. Place on a baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for approx. 45 - 50 mins Take care when removing from foil. Our tip is to snip the edge of the foil with a pair of scissors and tear off, but take care as the foil will be sharp.
Extra Info:Products will be hot, so please take care when removing from oven We’ve tested these timings with our own ovens, so yours may vary. Ensure product is piping hot. Do not reheat more than once.
Your Phat Pasties, Sausage Rolls and Pies are sent to you as frozen items via couriers.
We send to you in an specially insulated box with ice packs.
Immediately upon arrival items should be placed in your freezer.
Items placed in a freezer at a temperature of -18C degrees have a maximum 6 month shelf life.
Items should not be defrosted and re-frozen.
