Our Lamb & Mint pasty is packed full of flavour. We use New Zealand Farm Assured diced lamb, potatoes, swede and onion. All seasoned with mint and wrapped in a shortcrust pastry with a herb topping.

    Brilliant customer service and pasties to match! Have now sampled Lamb & Mint, Keralan Cauliflower (already a favourite from NT visits over this winter – had no idea Phat were the suppliers until now!), Chicken & Chorizo, and Cheese. Excellent feedback from all, but standouts were the Traditional (quite right too!). Having eaten soooo many ‘shop bought’ pasties over the years, these were right up there. A taste of home! Like Ann have recycled sheeps wool – some to a friend to be naturally dyed and rest to be used as a draught excluder. Bonus! Thank you again Paul for all your help.

Cooking Instructions

Cooking / Reheating Information

Your Phat Pasties, Pies and Sausage Rolls are designed to best be enjoyed hot!

For best results, reheat from frozen in an oven.

Pre-heat your oven to 180C / Fan 160C / Gas Mark 6

Pasties & Sausage Rolls:

Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment
 Place in centre of oven and cook Pasties for approx. 45 -50 mins and Sausage Rolls for 35 - 40 mins


Pies:

Keep in the foil tray. Place on a baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for approx. 45 - 50 mins Take care when removing from foil. Our tip is to snip the edge of the foil with a pair of scissors and tear off, but take care as the foil will be sharp.

Extra Info:

Products will be hot, so please take care when removing from oven We’ve tested these timings with our own ovens, so yours may vary. Ensure product is piping hot. Do not reheat more than once.

Storage Instructions

Your Phat Pasties, Sausage Rolls and Pies are sent to you as frozen items via couriers.

We send to you in an specially insulated box with ice packs.

Immediately upon arrival items should be placed in your freezer.

Items placed in a freezer at a temperature of -18C degrees have a maximum 6 month shelf life.

Items should not be defrosted and re-frozen.
