We use a vegan pastry infused with coriander and finish with a vegan glaze.

Good grief, the best vegan pasty possibly ever, the pastry is just right & the tasty filling has a wonderful balance of Indian spices, the perfect after surf snack!
Jo Harris –
The Keralan, Cauliflower, Chickpea & Onion Bhaji pasty is out of this world amazing. We ordered some frozen for home after having one at a national trust cafe. I even convinced my very traditional meat eating step father and mother to try one and they both loved them too so now ordering some as a gift for them.
Colin James –
I first tasted the Keralan, Cauliflower, Chickpea & Onion Bhaji pasty hundreds of miles away from Cornwall in Thorpeness on the Suffolk coast. The first bite was enough to tell me I was into something special. The flavours and texture were amazing and when I first found out they were vegan I couldn’t believe it. These are the best tasting pasties ever and there is nothing else quite like them in the whole of East Anglia.

Tried your Keralan Cauliflower, Chickpea & Onion Bhaji Pasty today, it was absolutely delicious! My only regret was buying just one as it was the last one left in Dulverton and sharing it with my daughter (I had less than she did!). Neither of us are vegan; we like nothing more than a meat feast, however we have always both enjoyed the option to try new things. Congratulations on gaining Gold at Taste of the West! That’s a super accomplishment and I can honestly say I can see why it got gold. Amazing….ordering some now! ☺️
Paul Clarke –
Hi Sam – Thank you so much for your lovely note – we really appreciate hearing from customers and great to hear you managed to get the last pasty at Dulvertyon (even if you did have to share!) – Now you can have some in the freezer to pop in the oven anytime! Enjoy and have a super Christmas. Sending our best Paul & Laura (The Phat Controllers)

Bought these whilst out on a walk. These have to be the best curried vegetable pasties I’ve ever eaten! The filling is so full of flavour and the pastry is so light and crisp. Amazing!! My friend and I were raving about them so much that at least two other families bought them too. One lady even said she could see how much we were enjoying them from the look on our faces! Will definitely be buying these again!
