We thought it would be fun to enter a vegan pasty in the Pie Awards / Pasty category and it won Gold!

Now one of our top selling pasties and loved by customers looking for a meat-free option as well as those wanting a great tasting pasty ‘with a twist’. You don’t have to be vegan to love this one.

Kerala is the area in southern India, with a milder curry flavour combining cauliflower, chickpeas and onion bhajis with garlic, ginger, coconut milk. We add some mango chutney and all spiced with typical Keralan Indian spices creating a fantastic tasting pasty.

We use a vegan pastry infused with coriander and finish with a vegan glaze.

For every vegan pasty we sell, we make a donation to our Charity – The Word Forest Organisation. A small UK based Charity who plant trees, support communities and build classrooms in Kenya.
