Well it’s been quite a year!
After our success in the 2020/21 World Pasty Championships, Golds at the Taste Of The West Awards and NOW British Pie Award Winner.
This time it was our N.T Lye Cross Cheese & Onion Pasty (based on our Seriously Cheesy Pasty), which took the judges eye.
We supply pasties across the country to small and large food service operators and this pasty was developed especially for National Trust to sell in their cafes and restaurants.
Using a National Trust Tenant farmers cheese, we worked with the National Trust food development team and created a Cheesy Pasty with Lye Cross cheeses (Cheddar and Red Leicester).
This is now a firm favourite as a vegetarian option and is truly Cheesy!
